West Ham Shop Delivery taking the piss?
Any experience with deliveries in the UK

I booked Express delivery and think they must have thought I meant Orient Express and sent it to China

I sent it to my daughter's address (No link, unfortunately) and after 7 days it's still not there, I actually got a parcel after 4 days when I lived in Malaysia

WFT happens when don't get "Express"

Is this shoddy rip off bollocks normal?

If I were you 67 I would keep a beady eye out for rag heads in West Ham gear as aren’t you currently billeted in Qatar? You will maybe find one of the fuckers has half inched it………..

Personally I found the postage rates on the official club shop to be extortionate, and the few times I haven’t brought stuff, its been Toffs until they stopped selling WHU stuff, its all branded Thames ironworks now??? But Sportsdiret are pretty reasonable with shipping costs as well as the shirts etc and takes about a week standard delivery.

Been a while since I bought from the online shop as they said 28 days delivery and nothing turned up for Christmas, despite ordering in early November.
Pursued them on it and they sent out a replacement. Which was good. Then about a month later a woman from two roads away brought the original item round. They'd delivered it there as no one answered but not put any card through. Even then, ratter odd, as it was such a long way to do such a thing.

They're rubbish just face it!

Or do what I did and have a moan. You may end up with two of what you bought, like I did.

Bought a jumper from them last week on their free delivery day sale. Arrived in three days. That probably doesn't help though.

Worst delivery company going. Everyone ends up with 2 of everything though.

Re: West Ham Shop Delivery taking the piss?
Yup, joke of an outfit. Wife ordered me the new home top for my Birthday in July, no delivery. Email to the wife that the item was sent back to the company, call them for re-shipping. Wife calls the shop, told to call an alternative number, she calls and it's a Jewellery shop, owner really angry as he keeps getting called by unhappy West Ham fans.

6 Weeks later wife gets a re-fund. Can't really re-order knowing that the service is very poor.

Happy days, new stadium which we can't use for the begging of our seasons, bottom of the table and a non functioning commercial arm. Boy are we kicking on or what, bet some Billionaire Arab or Chinese investors are rubbing their hands at the prospect of getting in on the action here.

We should hire one of those Apprentice type experts to look over our setup and give us a few pointers... Just a thought

They use a company called OCS worldwide as their outsourced fulfilment.

As someone who understands logistics, it shouldn't be hard to procure the right rates and right service with a better provider.

Things will go wrong but not as often as it does. They should be using DPD to deliver as they are by far the best B2C carrier.

Yodel are the absolute worst delivery company on the planet, how they are still in business is a fucking mystery

FUCKING HELL My daughter sent me a picture of the tracking note, firsts thing I saw was "Shipping" and I thought fuck snides from China, looked at the date and was "Shipped" 29th and out for delivery today

I spent a few bob but didn't expect it to take a ship to deliver it, Barge up The Barking Creek from Stratford to Epping perhaps

Westham67 11:29 Wed Aug 30
Re: West Ham Shop Delivery taking the piss?
I'd advise others to check if the delivery is by ship, expensive

Re: West Ham Shop Delivery taking the piss?
Delivery times appear to be random... you can order something and it arrives in 2 days or it takes a month... and when you look at order/shipping detail it all appears to be in stock and sent from same location. So makes no sense at all.

See, you were moaning about nothing, 67 ;)

Seriously though - e-mail and ask for a refund, a week can hardly be called 'express'!
